Children Reading for Life offers private one-to-one tuition for children who may need support and help with their reading skills.
During an initial session I will assess your child’s reading ability and offer advice and reading strategies. If you have had feedback from your child’s school and/or teacher we can discuss this and I can help you liaise with the school to plan the best way forward for your child’s reading progress.
These one-to-one lessons are intended to be constructive but also fun, reinforcing the fact that reading is for pleasure. I can bring a selection of texts depending on your child’s age, ability and needs as well as use your own books and your child’s reading book from school.
Private tutoring costs: £40.00 – £50.00 per hour.
